when webVision stops to create reports, history data, it may be due to SQL database integrity problem or server connection
To check the connection to webVision SQL server and intergrity of the database, you should start the webVision, open browser interface and log in.
Then press "Settings" -> "SQL-server"
Check the settings of SQL server:
Server address: localhost\FidelixSQL
Username: Fidelix
Password: F1delixSQL! ( old SQL versions password: FidelixSQL )
Database name: webVision
Timeout: 20
Additionl settings: __
Then press "Test database" button.
Wait to the end of the testing process and see if all resulst are in GREEN text and "Test OK".
